Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru SDN 5 Rancah Melalui Pelatihan Asesmen Digital Google Formulir

Digital transformation in education requires teachers to possess adequate technical and pedagogical competencies to effectively integrate technology into the learning process. However, many teachers, including those at SDN 5 Rancah, Ciamis Regency, face challenges in creating digital assessment instruments, resulting in time-consuming manual evaluations that are less responsive to modern learning needs. This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ digital competencies in designing and managing cloud-based assessments using Google Forms, while fostering an understanding of technology integration in educational evaluation. The implementation employed a Learning Journey Canvas approach, combining interactive lectures, collaborative discussions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises in a face-to-face setting, supported by smart boards and computer facilities. All teachers participated actively, gaining experience in creating digital test instruments, setting automated answer keys, applying assessment logic, and analyzing results in real-time. The outcomes indicate significant improvements in teachers’ digital skills, reflected in their ability to independently and accurately complete digital assessments. Furthermore, the training promotes administrative efficiency, enhances the quality of learning evaluation, and prepares teachers to navigate digital education with confidence. Overall, this program demonstrates that digital assessment training not only strengthens technical competencies but also supports the modernization of learning evaluation practices, making them more efficient, effective, and responsive to contemporary educational demands.
